Hi Liz. Just googled (which I try not to do!) but it does say Papal Swiss Guard. Anyway, hoping I completed the last clue, I'll put one up...

the P B is means of protection.
Sorry , it's the last P that is already in the sentence like Papal but a noun.
The first P is close to Papel
