Have degenerative back disease hun, had to restrain Cass from legging it through the front door and been paying for it since. Right now it's back at the top of my neck.

Sitting is not good for me ... try to sit upright, one foot either resting lightly over the other or elevated on my printer/scanner, takes the weight of my back. Wonder if that would help you when you're sewing?
