Dover sole poached in white wine

Jem, I'm going to call it a day now. I have to send an email to my cousin in the UK letting her know how I am getting on with the family search.

I hope that your grandson doesn't have too much pain over the weekend :-(

Sleep well :-)

Hi Everyone :-) :-)

Thanks Allan and Sallie :-)
He's not too bad today, considering!
He's managed to get by on just one dose each of Co-codamol and ibuprofen. He woke after about an hour in bad pain cos he forgot and moved, but manage to sleep most of the night afterwards. It was me that didn't sleep, so I went to bed late afternoon and forced myself up at about 8-15 :-D

KFC- Boneless Banquet Meal
Which is what Grandson had for a treat last night! :-D

It should be 'O' :-D :-D Ox tongue

And I'm leaving it there for now. I had a very disturbed night last night with the storms. The wind is still howling and more bad weather forecast for later today :-(

I will need to check for any damage.

Sleep well :-)

Oh dear Allan! Have the leaks done much damage? :-(

Was the storm as bad as expected through the night? Did you lose your electricity?

The pictures on that link, of the damaged properties, were terrible.

JemimaFawr Report 8 Sep 2014 23:20

It's cos you are worrying about it! You can do it! Have you managed to find replacements?

We have all gone down with a throat virus. Grandson is finding that harder to cope with, than the broken collar bone. If the cough takes hold he will be in trouble :-(

Allan

Allan Report 8 Sep 2014 23:26

Oh dear! That's all your grandson needs right now :-(

I've found some replacements, Jem, but I still can't find out who's going to be there on the day. Part way through the ceremony is OK because all the regular people are replaced anyway, but the early part will be hard.

Also at the meal later, I estimate that only about six members will be there :-0 Very disappointing

Anchovies :-D :-D
