	Victorian bulldog I've been doing that for the last two days, Ann. My knowledge of dog breeds is limited to Poodle and Yorkshire terrier, with one or two others thrown in :-D :-D

	Water Spaniel Lovely dogs with waterproof coats- The Irish ones resemble a giant poodle.

	Foxhound Jemima, I hope that my comments about pets did not lead your changing your Avatar. It was a heartfelt comment: I remember a few years ago having to take our cat, aged twenty, to be put to sleep. I'm not ashamed to say that I shed many tears.

	Newfoundland Allan- Worry not!!! :-) :-) I only intended to put the avatar up for a few minutes to show you, as we were doing dogs, and I have told you about him before! As he's been dead about 10 years, it would be a bit odd to keep the avatar there for any longer! :-D :-D :-D I may put Puss up for a few minutes next! :-D :-D :-D

	Pointer Puss was Dinah when I first had him, being assured that he was a girl. Then a vet told me he was a hermaphrodite! Some weeks later the same vet said that he was in fact a boy! We were as confused as the vet and the poor cat! So he became just Puss! :-D :-D
