I just google imaged Moonyoonooka and there are pictures of what looks like lacrosse being played on horse back! :-)

and the desert in New Mercia with whales teeth sticking up from the ground ;-) :-D

It does look a wonderful place to visit. St Gertrude's College is a very striking building, as are the other buildings.

Your wife will enjoy the church / monastery! and I expect you will enjoy the bakery. If I remember correctly, don't you make bread?
