I generally find Genes Reunited to be an excellent tool but it really annoys me that credits are erased after a certain length of time. You can't always use them all within a certain period if your requirements have not been formulated. It is almost like theft that you are refusing to honour something that has been paid for.

suggestions (1) A more realistic time period to complete the research or facility to purchase the amount of credits required instead of being forced into specific amounts. It really puts me off using your facility. :-| :-( :-S

If you have to keep buying credits, you may wish to tot up how much you spend and then consider is subs may be more cost effective.

That is what I did many years ago.

Hi Graham,

Thanks for your suggestion. We won't be revising the validity of credits at this time, however as DazedConfused mentioned, it may be more cost effective to purchase a subscription. The Standard subscription offers 50 credits each time you renew.

Regards,

Shelley
