looking for Roderick Clifton

Can anyone possibly help..? I am fairly new to this site and I'm not having much luck with my initial searches to find my missing relative. Roderick Clifton was born in London in 1947 (I believe) and he lived in Battersea in the 1960's.
If anyone could tell me the best possible way to track Roderick down I would really appreciate it.
