Mark the rule is one post per family.

It would be so much easier for you to check the info provided if it was all kept together.
It would also mean researchers didn't duplicate things on the 8 posts you have about this France family..

That looks the right one to me Barbara for 1841 all children match.

There were these in Criminal records William Heyes born @ 1796 in 1837 residing in lancashire charge keeping a disorderley house aquittal

1/7/1840 william Heyes born @ 1796 charge larcony aquittall.

a maybe --but nearest I can see for 1841 census --writting bad on image could be a "s" on the end and not "R"

Found Bridget heyes with son Charles 1829 and mary 1832
Astley D2c > 39 Bridget was a widow.1861 she is with son William born @ 1828/9

Can't find any of them as yet in 1841.
Tried all first names but no luck at all.

All i can account for at the moment is that Bridget had 2 illigitimate children which i have proved through a visit to Lancashire Record Office..Richard France . 1814 and Robert b. 1821 - died 1889
