Find Ancestors

Please help, I have been looking for so long for my great grandfather William Albert Leggett. I know that he was born approx. 1860 in England, but not sure what part of England. I do not know if he has any siblings or who his parents were. I know that he came from England to Canada, but do not know when. I know that he did live in Toronto Canada where he married Mary Agnes Bailey. Wile living in Toronto they had one girl Kathleen born 1893. They then moved to Brantford Ontario Canada where he worked as a coachman. They had another girl, Gladys in 1895 and then a third girl (my grandmother) Doris in 1897. He was accidentally killed while living in Brantford in 1898. This is my brick wall that I cannot bust through. I want to find his family (parents etc.).
Please help me so I don't go crazy

Have you found their marriage in records at Ancestry?

Ontario marriage records normally showed the parties' parents' names and the images can be seen at that site.

I am not seeing a marriage for those two names though, which it seems should have happened 1891-1893.

I do not have a copy of their marriage, but I do know they were married on 05/11/1892 in Toronto Ontario Canada. Because I don't hav a copy of the record, I don't have their parents names. Without the parents names for William I cannot go any further on that side of the family. I have his wife's family names, but nothing for William. I know in Canada they have his death listed as William Alfred Leggett, but on the girl's baptism records he is listed as William Albert Leggett. I don't know which would be wrong.

'I have found the marriage of William Albert Leggett and Mary Agnes Bailey (my great grandparents). They were married on November 5, 1892 in Toronto Ontario Canada. Unfortunately, there is no mention of parents or what part of England for William. I do have Mary Agnes' parents as Sarah Day and Joseph Bailey. I don't even know what part of England Joseph Bailey was born. Sarah Day was born in Greenwich England and Sarah and Joseph were married in Greenwich. I can't go any further with this side of the family and I'm very frustrated.'

As you probably know there is no birth for the name William Albert Leggett in England anytime around the right year

This may be a mystery that can't be solved, or will take a lot of sideways thinking. William may have altered his name at some point, for instance.

1858-1861 some 17 William Leggetts were born in England, none with middle name Albert, half with no middle name.

Ann of green gables has deleted the info she posted, the birth records of the children and death record of William.
