Good day at clients I hope - any news from Uni for JB

Fans ---my house is going to smell of vinegar shortly . my sister bringing down pickling spices - for my pickled shallots ready for Christ---------unmentionable -

Must say the after shower massage flip flopping thing are bl¿¿dy uncomfortable - perhaps is persevere or black bag 'em - perhaps not my best buy

JC did you find Donoghue on 1911 - cause I cant - know he probably has all that but I am practising look ups - and I have looked for kids - but thought I would try and follow him thru -

Now appreciate beavering away to a - silence - and no real info

You are all a clever lot -

Like all things it looks easy -- when you aint doing it yourself

Perhaps I spend my winter - concentrating on my oil painting instead

They did'nt have internet when I worked in an office.
Daughter working in a betting office put something on FB so I assumed she was at home....but no at work and I got told off for ringing her.

Hi all


lovely sunny weather ............ a real Indian Summer here :)))


found our first surprise in the kitchen last night ....... the cabinets OH removed were obviously #2 in a sequence ............. they were installed over a hole in the floor left when the original ones were removed! We can look right at the original planking on top of the floor joists.

OK ... so now we need plywood ca 3/4" thick to fill in

The countertops that OH removed were ca 3/4" thick :)))

Expecting to find the same along the other wall ......... 9' long this time!


Did I ever say that this kitchen is 9' x 15'??



Fans ........ OH got stopped for making a right turn on a red light when he wasn't supposed to (you can do that at most traffic lights here). Policeman (a Mountie) looked at his licence, went off to his car, entered everything into the computer, etc etc etc



...... then came back and said he was going to let him off with a warning because he hadn't done anything wrong (ie been caught!) for at least 30 years!
