	Good morning everyone xxx a bit damp today Breakfast is ready grapefruit with brown sugar Honey Yoghurt and Berries, with granola and walnuts Porridge with chopped up dates, bananas, and maple syrup (other fruit selections over there >>>> ) Selection of cold cereals French (eggy) toast, maple syrup, Golden syrup Caribbean Banana Fritters Toast (sourdough, rye, white, whole grain, 100% brown, Hovis, gluten free), r hot cinnamon rolls, barm cakes, croissants, ciabatta, bacon & cheese quiche, cheese and onion tarts, broccoli and cheddar quiche, Full English Ulster Fry-up The Continental – choice of assorted chilled fruit juices, hot oatmeal or assorted cold cereals, toast or fresh-baked muffin Asparagus omelette Ham and cheese omelette Eggs any style and toast Huevas Rancheros Maille Croque Monsieur (French ….. basically ham, cheese and tomato sandwich on toasted bread, with Maille Mustard), stirfry (chicken, beef, or vegetarian), Chicken Karage (Japanese deep fried chicken pieces) Jamaican beef patties cheese and tomato pie Veggie Wrap (Fresh Tomatoes, Basil, Roasted Peppers and Feta Cheese) spanikopita, chicken or vegetable samosa home-fried potatoes with garlic and bacon Potato, dill and cheddar soup blueberry gingered lemon muffins, almond crumble peach muffins, raisin bran muffins, morning glory muffins, pear ginger muffins jams, jellies, marmalades, Nutella (hazelnut spread) Tea, coffee, juices (some extra bacon, turkey sausage or sausage patties, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, sliced baby golden beetroot, Maple baked beans, olive oil, in the hidey place to cook up for the very hungry ones!) enjoy xxx s xx

	jax I didn't notice that date ............. but it was showing as unread when I looked on there this morning, and I've made sure that I've opened all their psots for the last couple of months ............ as NEW is not showing any more, that's the only way I can tell if I've read them! I saw where Joy posted that her thread had gone walkabout again! I wonder if someone is RR'ing it, and some staffer is wafting it away. It really isn't good enough!

	Happy Birthday to your OH Cynthia and to your Mum LK <3 <3 My OH spoke to doctor at hospital whos said only a slight abnormality in liver function so happy to leave it till next check up in 3 months :-\| Son (pharmacist) has taken a note of all OH's meds as he thinks it might be another tablet so is going to check at work tomorrow and call us then OH will decide whether to call our GP (which I would have done today) aaargh :-S :-S

	I see there are TWO New Announcements fro GR today ................ 1. 	She was 21. Dad was in the navy. He left 2 weeks before I was born and fid not see me till 2 weeks before my first birthday.

	Good morning all :-D oooooh! I fergitted we weren't supposed to be able to get in - maybe Chris picked the locked whilst Phil wasn't looking.... :-D :-D :-D :-D It's my OH's 76th birthday today bless him. Each birthday is a bonus and we're so very grateful...... <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 I've got a meeting this morning - picking up the grandchildren this afternoon - the family this evening. Hopefully, I'll be able to pop back sometime. ~~~~
