My weight has 'plateaued' - if that's how one spells it!! Never mind, I am on the right path and my main issue isn't my diet, it's my exercise! More steps needed.... :-S



Will try not to think of it whilst in the coffee shop. !!! Actually, I tend to have Elderflower rather than coffee when there nowadays. Goes well with their homemade granola cookies ;-)

Couldn't have lunch at lunch-time 'coz I was involved in a conversation about 'Grandpa' so we have just had it now !!!

Fillet steak , chips, mushrooms, corn on the cob and 'special' onion rings !!!

Would have much prefered it for lunch but it WAS delicious !!!

They are both secret Dea...Genealogy is for that and friends for chat.

My Grandmother was always known as Beatie or Beat...but she would not allow her daughter Ellen to be called Nellie...If anyone knocked for her and asked for Nellie she would tell them there was no one with that name living there...then shut the door
