Fresh fruit salad with vanilla yoghourt


Honey Yoghurt and Berries, with granola and walnuts

Granola and yoghurt parfait


Porridge with chopped up dates, bananas, and maple syrup (other fruit selections over there >>>> )


Selection of cold cereals


French (eggy) toast, maple syrup, Golden syrup


Toast (sourdough, rye, white, whole grain, 100% brown, Hovis, gluten free),
raisin bread,
crumpets,
hot cinnamon rolls,
barm cakes,
croissants,


bacon & cheese quiche,
cheese and onion tarts,
broccoli and cheddar quiche,


Full English

Ulster Fry-up

The Continental – choice of assorted chilled fruit juices, hot oatmeal or assorted cold cereals, toast or fresh-baked muffin

English style Pancakes, served with maple syrup or Golden syrup, and choice of bacon, ham or breakfast sausage

Boiled eggs and toast

Scrambled eggs, bacon, baked beans, and toast

Chicken Karage (Japanese deep fried chicken pieces)

Hubby took me out to lunch today - It was VERY nice but the meal was HUGE !!!!!

He has just offered to make me a bacon buttie and I have had to refuse because I am still full from lunchtime :-( :-0 :-( :-S

OOOOhh - I as gorn all American!!

I made a load of vegetable soup yesterday and have just frozen it all and have marked it all 9/11/12 !!!

I had to change it all to 11/9/12, 'coz I am in the U.K. :-D :-D

Am about to tackle Snowden this morning......... :-D


I sometimes have to smile when I think about mountain climbing as I once heard a vicar speaking about the ups and downs we encounter through life and how it helps to be equipped (spiritually) to help us cope. He then went on to remind us how a mountaineer prepares to face the challenges by equipping himself with ropes, boots and................................

tampons!!!


There were some very puzzled looks and stifled giggles that morning....It still makes me laugh after all this time.
