Too late Dea while you were all chatting I found it and bought something :-D

As you know I dont cook now, but it is mainly because everything is dangerous, so I bought a prestige multi cooker which is a large electric frying pan come cassarole dish.
I had one about 30 years ago which was passed down from my mum, so hoping I maybe able to use this.

Air-fryers are supposed to be brill for chips - I think that this is the first thing everyone tries with them!! No good for a family though - the portions they cook are big enough - but fine for 2 people!!

Will try and catch up with you all tomorrow at lunchtime - you all sound OK and busy busy busy shopping etc!!??

I'll second that Dea........ja...x Lakeland are absolutely brilliant. I have used them for years - the service is personal and they cant do enough for you.

I have been to their flagship store in the Lake District........could have spent a fortune! Have a look at their site - they sell the most amazing gadgets - you may find some of their stuff helpful actually.

Right - back to STrictly!

JBs mom uses Lakeland, she got some lovely fake Christmas flowers that you plug in and they twinkle....very nice

Cant wait to hear about the air fryer and if they cook chips well! I dont eat chips very often as they repeat and I cant stand that :-(

I ordered from Amazon and they offered gift wrap for £3 ish

I did think about it, but as one of the boxes was damaged I want to see whether the contents were ok...maybe if I had asked for gift wrapping I would have got a better box :-D

I have ordered quite a bit from them in the past, without any problem and worry about using someone I dont know after my debit card was fraudently used after last christmas.

I think it was my sisters present last year that did it :-(

This year she wanted me to use ebay, but its all this paypal stuff and I don't understand that

For the future Ja....x

Yu can buy these things from Lakeland and they offer a 'gift wrap' service !!!

I cannot recommend this Company highly enough !!

I ordered some goods this morning and received an e-mail around 2pm to say they had been dispatched.!

I also had an e-mail whilst I was placing my order to offer me a very useful free gift worth £12 but didn't read it until I had placed my order.

I 'phoned then and they instantly said they would send it through to me !

I once ordered two deep fry pans and when they arrived - one had a tiny chip off the non stick covering on the rim so I phoned them and they instantly sent me out another two new ones - when I asked about sending back the originals they said "perhaps you might like to take them along to a local 'Charity shop' and pass them on to them ?

GREAT service!!!

Good morning anyone who is around. Just going to wander around that scrumptious breakfast table. Thank you Sylvs.

Had a good night's sleep for a change so I am rarin' to go - don't know where, but I'm rarin' :-D :-D

Having hair chopped this morning so will look better than a bramble bush.

Um.....who does the tumbling Perse? August or a wooden fireman??

Jax, hope HID helps you with your wrapping - or - you could do what Sylvs does and put them into gift bags with tissue paper on top! :-)

See you later ~~~
