Cyn,

And they were both born in 1889 :-D

I looked at the original of the Indian census and I note that Annie Two Crow was a 3/4 blood Sioux. Somehow I cannot imagine that there were too many of them in Rugeley, Staffs in 1889. ;-)

Cynthia

Cynthia Report 16 Dec 2011 13:10

You mean you can't see the connection Jonesey ? :-S

For starters, you have Annie Two Crow and Annie Marshall.

AND Josephine and Judson both begin with a 'J'.

:-D :-D :-D :-D

Oooh look :-) :-) he's wearing a Santa hat!!

Cynthia

Cynthia Report 16 Dec 2011 13:05

Rotten luck for them LK.- they weren't hurt were they? Hope they can sort it out without too much hassle.

I am not a happy bunny - it is snowing and so that has put the kibosh on going out to our Christmas lunch with friends - just daren't risk OH falling or getting stuck anywhere. :-( :-( :-( :-(

Deep breath.....never mind, we are warm and comfy and have lots of food in.

Isn't Ancestry wonderful?

From time to time they send you an email stating Possible Matches in your family tree. Today they sent me one as a possible match for someone named Josephine Annie Marshall who was born in Staffordshire, England in 1889. The possible match was:

U.S., Indian Census Rolls, 1885-1940 Record

Name:
Annie Two Crow
Spouse:
Henry Two Crow
Children:
Judson Two Crow
Birth:
1889
Residence:
1 Apr 1934 in Pine Ridge, South Dakota

It is not just Hot Matches on GR that get things wrong from time to time. :-D

Hi
I have just had a long work stint and very little pc time before falling asleep each night.
My what a lot of chatting you have done,

Gracie I know some of Bromley as it is within our area for home visits.
I also have worldwide Ancestry.

Glad you are home Renes.
Take care.

Are you ok Sylvia?

I have not done any Xmas stuff yet as everyone keeps changing their minds about where they are going to be.

Daughter and SiL were involved in an accident this morning. They were waiting in a queue of traffic and the woman in front suddenly reversed into them.
She got out of the car and apologised to them and made sure everyone was ok but could not remember her insurance details. She called her husband as it was a company car and passed the phone to SiL. The husband is trying to claim it was SiLs fault.
It means another year without a car at Christmas.
Last year an accident happened just in front of them on the icy roads a few hours before the pre Christmas snow.It was just as he was accelerating after being stopped at traffic lights. Somehow he got the blame for the whole accident. He must have stitch me up written across him. Not happy.

So this thread was stated by Ginny on the find ancestors board but when you click on it...its says Gins
