	Dea I have a very traditional tree as I have a huge box full of decorations from Victorian times, passed down the family. They are so beautiful and all very fragile of course but they are still surviving Not been home long, did the M1 M62 M56 as the snake was closed due to ice yesterday so thought we better not risk it today. I always laugh when I pass the farm right in the middle of the M62! Had a fab time, eaten two Indians and a Chinese...........full until next Wednesday I think Laughed until my belly hurt today with the kids and JB, playing funny man! I will have to read back at what you have all been up to..............

	I dont like christmas anymore Bought a 6 ft tree two years ago some flashing lights and a huge box of gold and red baubles for it. Put it up the first year but did'nt bother last year. Asked HID to get it out again as it seems such a waste otherwise I see GR have got rid of the flock wallpaper ja...x

	This has been a very long day and I still have to take daughter home yet..... Nativity plays....don't you just love them? We had ours this morning........ Three teenage self conscious narrators..... Sweet little angels wearing red boots..... An angel in a wheelchair........ Tiny shepherds in tea towels....... 3 Kings in glitzy crown.... and, as for the tinies who aren't yet walking...........shaped gold fabric which framed their little faces and turned them into 'stars.' The showstopper? The tiny 'star' who crawled all the way down the aisle to the manger! Brilliant stuff! Home for quick lunch.... Then.......this afternoon.....helping to prepare refreshments for a Christmas get together of mostly older people. Carols etc. After having done my bit there, it was on to my son's to pick up something my daughter left there yesterday............ Once my daughter has gone home I ain't moving for a while........ Lainie......I'm not excited about Christmas, I don't actually like Christmas that much to be honest. I prefer Easter and Springtime. Just thought I would show willing with my Christmassy orangutan. I think Renes is due back home tomorrow ???? Back later..........sigh....

	O.K. then - Just to 'reel you all in' !! I have: Chicken Tikka Masala and Pilau Rice !! Chinese Lemon chicken with egg fried rice Popadums, or prawn crackers, depending on your choice !!! Bombay potatoes, tomato pakora, OR Chinese spring rolls and dips!! ALSO - Triple layered chocolate cheesecake, or banana fritters and syrup !!! 	I bet she does!!! A lady knitted decorations for our tree when the children were little - santas, angels, elfs, snowmen etc - and I still have some that I remember when I was a child. The old glass baubles though are all slowly but surely breaking - each year I find another broken when I get them out - so sad!

	Yep Lainie, No colour co-ordination for me !! I have some decorations from when I was 'little' and others bought since which are still VERY old !! The grandchildren LOVE it !!! - They have their favourites! - especially the glass globe with the penguins in and the glass twisted icicles and the little wooden santas and elves!!! At home, they have 3 main trees - one gold, one silver and I think, one green - all very co-ordinated and VERY beautifull I might add, but not for me !!! Dea Xxx

	No decorations for me this year!! Do you colour co-ordinate your tree Dea? Or do you do like me - and get all the old decorations out from when the children were little?

	OOOhhh errr !!!!! Hubby has just been in the loft getting out all the Christmas decorations !!! Can't be bothered today (after my very delicious lunch!!) but I suppose I will have to put the Christmas Tree up again tomorrow!!! Dea Xxx

	In the beginning laines, we used to fight over the 00 numbers!! Getting to 1000 message posting was a great delight, then 1100, etc etc. Fans was the one who fought over it most violently !!! As we are now on such a high number and Fans is REALLY busy, it has dropped off quite a lot but some of us just can't resist (for old time's sake'!) Dea Xxx
