I don't know what is coming but the sky at the back of my house is absolutely 'eveil' !!!

I have never seen it look quite so nasty !!

Perhaps this is 'the end of the world' ???

Dea Xxx

P.S. - If not and it is a 'false alarm', I would like a nice chinese takeaway please!!! ;-)

Just thought - I asm NOT going out again so I will cook one myself - anyone care to join me ???

O.K. then .........

Prawn crackers while you peruse the menu !!!

Spring rolls and plum sauce
Chicken or pork Yuk Shung
Peking style ribs

Chicken and mushrooms.
Chicken in black bean sauce
Chicken in Lemon sauce
Chicken with ginger and spring onions
Sweet and sour pork
Beef in Szechuan sauce
Fillet beef in hot garlic sauce

Mixed vegetables with cashew nuts
Egg fried rice
Plain rice with vegetables.

That's all I can come up with I am afraid !!

Pud will have to be apple or banana fritters drizzled with syrup !!

OH !!! - I feel better already !!!;-)

It is BUDDY windy out there !!!!!!!!!!!

I went to the supermarket and was O.K. going in with my trolley but when I took it back and had to walk to the car I could hardly stand !!!!

I know I am 'likkle' and don't weigh a lot but it is seriously scarey out there !!!

I could have blown away :-( :-(

Gin,

Red hat no knickers!

Although I believe that in Yorkshire the saying is, Fur coat no Knickers.

You really ought to get out more. ;-)

Sylv,

If I want to visit anywhere these days I usually use Google Earth then use street view to wander around.

Travel time is minimal.

Cost is nil.

No need to find your passport or obtain a visa.

I find that my office chair is much more comfortable than an aircraft seat.

What do they say about people who wear red hats?

Jonesey

Jonesey Report 29 Nov 2011 07:20

Thank you, Jonesey

I wonder what they were doing still up in Whitehorse at this time of year?? They should have migrated south a month or more ago!

One of our nieces lives up in Whitehorse, and we hope to get up there before too long ....... I'm sure it has changed since we were last there in 1983 :-)

Am taped up so not falling apart just yet, only wish they has given me a tummy tuck at the same time!

Fanny I had the same trouble as you, I gave up because the site was being soooo slow!

Trying to decide if I should bite the bullet and start writing my Christmas Cards, have a couple more days of work so might get that job done!

Feeling somewhat semi human again after weekend. Local tree lighting on Friday and parade on Sunday. Drizzled all morning during set up and staging. I had to wear my really fashionable orange raincoat which you can see in this and yes the children got to their party.
