Charles Dye seems to have been the name given to the eldest son in many generations of my family, but I cannot get further back than my Great Grandfather as there are so many with the same name - and the same middle name (George/Ernest/Samuel). Especially seem to be Norfolk connections with exactly the same names through the generations, including for 2nd sons (Albert Edward) and daughters (Daisy)and even wives (MaryAnn/Elizabeth)! Really can't find which is/are my relatives. My Grandfather was born in London and I think his father too if I have the right C G Dye! Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. |
