It is buried somewhere under FAQ.

If you wanted to email them directly then use

[email protected]

It is actually the first item given when you select HELP from the middle of the line at the top of the page.

Ken, have you tried clicking on Contact Us under Help??

It is useless, and I have said so on Suggestions, but it made no difference.

Contact Form - Help Centre - Genes Reunited

www.genesreunited.co.uk/help/contact

Phone number. For certain enquiries it may be useful for us to contact you by phone. Please enter a daytime telephone number here. Your Enquiry.

Try this from google - a contact form pops up which already has your name and email address on and blank spaces for you to complete with further details and "your Enquiry"

Andysmum, yes I have and received a reply within 24 hours. That was for support which did involve changing the department on the form.

What is the point in posting a 'phone number as 08456037788 when it is not recognised - this is an insult to your members upon you rely for your existance.
VERY ANNOYED as I require immediate advice.

KenSE is right about the phone number quoted

"
GRO - change of telephone number
The main public facing telephone number for the General Register Office (GRO) will be changing from 5 January 2012. From that date, GRO will cease to publish the current 0845 603 7788 telephone number for customers who wish to make an enquiry about, or place an order, for certificates.

Customers who previously contacted GRO via the 0845 number will be asked to contact 0300 123 1837. This aims to be a particularly memorable number for customers as civil registration was introduced in England and Wales in the year 1837.

Telephone numbers beginning with 0300 are non-geographic numbers, specially designated for use by public bodies and not-for-profit organisations. Calls to 0300 numbers are not free and should not be confused with 0800 numbers."
