Elizabeth.
The time frame you are looking at is way before Civil Registration and locating anything relating to the couple and their children would be through Church Records if indeed anything can be found...Do you know what religion they were and what was the name of the Barque they travelled on and from where..?

ArgyllGran.

Plenty of Murphy's then and now on PEI...Don't know if the following is anything to do with Elizabeth but need her to return to see if anyone listed is her family.....

http://www.islandregister.com/murphy1.html

Many of the late 1600s- RC records for Wexford Town are still in existence in NLI so she may be lucky

" The the very oldest Irish Catholic records leap back almost another century; registers survive for Wexford Town since 1671." (Irish Genealogy- Toolkit)

Elizabeth.....You may need to be looking at the ?? Co Carlow ....

65
MURPHY Mary, Mrs. b. Carlow (unknown) 1823 CEM-65 1770-1866; wife of Matthew MURPHY

Matthews birthplace given as Co Carlow also...

MURPHY Matthew Carlow (unknown) 1823 CEM-65 1782-1872; husb of Mary

The Birth and Death date's differ from what you listed but the arrival date 1823 is the same...????
