The local archives for the area involved should have a copy of the magistrates court records (if it was a case heard at the magistrates court). You are allowed to see the records if it was more than 30 years ago. Not sure about Crown Court records.

hi all
my great aunt and her husband got sent to prison for a month [i think it was info from newspaper report]

is there anyway i can see the counts records or prison records and where would i look would info like this be at the archives
