Passenger ships lists query

On the passenger ships lists for 1913 if a line has been drawn through a persons name doe's that mean they did not travel on that ship.

Without a time machine (joke!) one assumes they didn't travel on that departure. ;-)

You could check for later ones but if you are looking for sailings from the UK, bear in mind that the departures during WW1 were severely curtailed.

Thank you for your reply Detective. The departure was December 1913 from Liverpool

The relative did depart in October 1914. So i can assume the 1913 is one she did not take.
