More or less what we've worked out.

The only complaint is that he paid £24.55 for a 5 household bundle while .co.uk customers pay £24.95 before any discounts. A minor discrepancy probably caused by UK£ to US$ exchange rates.

A number of people posting on GR have grumbled that they can't find families - perhaps the apparently missing areas are to blame rather than poor transcriptions

One comment on the article states
Ref the missing areas in West Mids. I've so far identified Willenhall, Wednesbury and Wednesfield in Staffs as missing. Am awaiting a response from FMP. All my father's family are therefore missing. Very disappointing!
