Thankyou, I managed to do it and am very pleased with the result, the next thing I will do is save it on a dongle. As you might be able to tell, I am not very computer minded.

To clarify - you're only exporting a copy, not the original.

You will need an off-line family tree programme on your own computer to make sense of the data, or you can upload it to another site.
