Could someone have a look at this please?

West Yorkshire, England, Births and Baptisms, 1813-1910
Name: Margaret Bell
Parish: Ilkley, All Saints
Baptism Date: 9 Oct 1910
Father: Watter Bell (Walter)
Mother: Rose Bell (Rosa Anne)

There are 3 initials in the margin, the same in the parents' name box. Any idea what they are or what they mean?

Thank you

MargaretM

Because her name was changed on the record from Rosa Anne to Rose Ann the change was initialed J.B.W.by the person who performed the ceremony J.B. Winterbottom.

I think it's the initials of the vicar - JBW for J B Winterbottom.

He's made a mistake with Mother's name and has changed it from ?Rosa to Rose, and Anne to Ann. He's initialled the change to authenticate it and also initialled in the margin for good measure.
