Recording Maiden names on Trees

Thanks Hugh. Yes I usually do record them with their maiden names, but I got a bit confused about her previous married name. I'm sorted now, thanks!

Always, always record female names from birth to death as the maiden birth name.
You cannot trace her ancestors using a married name !

Always use a lady's maiden name.

I have just come across one of my distant Uncles who married someone who had been married before. How do I record the lady on my tree - do I put her maiden name or her previously married name on my tree?
