Many thanks, will read posts now. Hadn't realised the thread had been posted twice, I've deleted the other one.

(1915)

A letter was received from Dr. J. Richards explaining to the Council that his inability to get an assistant was solely the reason for his non-attendance at the Council meetings. He, however, now anticipated that this trouble was now over. In answer to Mr. Morgan Jones, he ex- plained his system of attendance at the Isolation Hospital. Mr. Jones pointed out the high infant- ile mortality rate for December, and Dr. Richards explained that measles and at- mospheric conditions had much to do with this.

In 1939 my ancestors adopted sister Gwladys M. Jones nee Price was an assistant nurse at Gellysaer Isolation hospital. I'm unable to find this place anywhere however! Has anyone come across it?
