From National Archives website:

"Passenger lists are not held by The National Archives after 1960, when air travel became more common. No air passenger lists have survived."

Kay,
I have located a number of Scottish Travel Docs by Air in the 1960's
All that I found were flights from Prestwick Airport

Passenger lists are only for those who traveled by sea.

Airlines have no lists into UK.

Most on line sites only go up to 1960. Sorry.

Findmypast (which will be the same as GR)
