Eight Digits - how old is Member's Tree?

The first eight digit membership number (for GR) was in February 2009.
11000000 was issued in Feb or March 2010.
12000000 was issued in April 2011
13000000 was issued in September 2012
14000000 was issued in June 2015

your membership number has 8 digits :-)

Mine has 7 digits, and I joined in 2004

Has anybody any idea how old a Member's Tree might be if it contains 8 digits, please?
