Morning all, is there anywhere here on Genes where you can buy, sell, or just pass on certicates? New one arrived today and not needed as wrong family. Seems a shame to not pass it on if someone else is looking. I cant bring myself to throw it away, it seems wrong when its about someones life.

Not sure if it is still functioning, but there is a site away from Genes, where people used to advertise and exchange

https://www.ukbmd.org.uk/county/england/certificate_exchange/

Alternatively, if there is a One Name Study for the surname of interest, the coordinator might be grateful for the certificate and contact details would be obtained through the G.O.O.N.S. site.

Is the certificate totally wrong for you?
Might it link in through a 'yet to be discovered' person ?

You can add a note to the freebmd entry giving the details on the certificate.

Check out the trees on here to see if anyone else is researching the family.

If you do decide to offer it to one of the above sites please DO also consider adding the information to the freebmd entry where it can possibly help more than one person.
