	Is anyone else waiting on a certificate that is taking ages? I ordered a certificate on the 8 Feb, the despatch date said 1st mar. I checked after I hadn't received it only to find the est despatch date was 22 mar. But it's now saying 5th April! Is there a backlog of ordering certificates? Florence in the hebrides

	I ordered one on 20th March and received it yesterday :-)
