My post at 15.19 where the spelling of Scandinavian was totally incorrect, was the result of a bizarre set of circumstances.

My keyboard is faulty, the spell checker obviously didn't, and I may have consumed a bit more red than usual :-D

To be fair, I'm not sure who loads the message screen, which direct patients to the correct doctor.

Today's rolling message stated that 176 patient's did not turn up for their appointments in March.
