Marion, you are such a sweetie. Yes, it's my birthday today. I haven't been so active on the Family History front for a month or two, but I dip in now and again. Funny thing about birthdays - you end up reflecting on your own past and where you came from. At least this year my mother didn't give me a pair of slippers. I'm sure she thinks because she sees me wandering around the house barefoot that I'm in desperate need - it doesn't occur to her that I find it more comfortable - as I keep telling her. I have several pairs of unused slippers in the back of my wardrobe if anybody wants a pair! |
