I am still having trouble in getting the names up that I need to see in my tree. I click on Search at top of right corner then fill in the name and the name comes up to where you have to click it but it will not show up at all.

Thank you

Effie

please do not keep starting new threads

Your original thread is just 2 below this.

It really helps others if you keep to one thread.

All I can suggest is that you contact support@genesreunited.co.uk

explain your problem, and see if they can help you.

They will not respond to you on this thread.

Try using the 'List'. Once found, you can then select to view the name on the tree page.

See your other thread.

we ARE not GR staff .............. we're just members like yourself, trying to help you.

GR staff rarely read threads or posts ...... so they will have NO idea of your problem if you only post on here.

You do have to contact them directly ...............

either by using one of the 2 emails addresses we have given you.

OR from onsite by ................

Look at the very top of your screen

Can you see a line that has your name and type of membershiip??

To the left of your name is Help

Click on Help

then click

Click on Contact Us in the box to the left

Scroll down the list on the left to ............. I have a query not answered in the FAQs and would like to contact support.

Click on the blue Support Team in the text under this heading

Scroll down until you see the Your Enquiry box

Type your message in the box

Click Preview Message

Read and check, then click Submit (or Send)

Thank you Sylvia and Dectective for your help I have done what you have told me to do so hope I will soon get a reply. It is frustrating for me as have been using GR for 8/9 years. I think you people who do not get paid are wonderful to be able to help out other people.

Thank you again

Just one note

I doubt you will get a response before Monday .........................

a) GR staff are in from about 8:00 am to about 4:00 or 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday

b) There is a Family History Fair in Newcastle (I think that's the place) this weekend ......... so most of the staff may be up there.
