Francis and Charles married September 1895 in Wharfdale. Naomi was born 15-10-1894.

Well, your best bet is to get Frances' marriage cert I would say, to try and see who her father was.

Naomi did not take on her Fathers name. Charles Stockdale was her father..She married John Wall from Tunstall Staffs in Ilkley 18-12-1917. on the marriage cert' it says Martin.

Naomi might be Frances' daughter, looking at things, who then took on her (step?) father's name:

Thank you for your help. Now to find Francis Anns Mother and Elizabeths daughter.

Francis was brought up by her granny. But the marriage is correct.

I did try going downthe line but got nowhere.

Brother Joseph Wookey......is this Elizabeths brother?

Martin was her married name thats why I'm having problems, 1911 census had her in Ilkley Yorks with her granddaughter Francis Stockdale, her gr grandaughter Naomi Martin and her Brother Joseph Wookey.But anything else I cant find. Naomi was my grandmother.
