Hi Kirsty,
Would you mind doing a census look up on ancestry for me please?

On the 1841 census I have a William Weaver aged 3 born in Lincs. living at Union Street, Manthorpe cum Little Gonerby, Lincolnshire (HO107/625/4 folio 23)

He is living with the Rawlinson family. Can you find this William on any subsequent censuses for me? I am trying to ascertain whether he is related to the Rawlinsons (it might help me place them in the correct Rawlinson line)
If no joy, I'll have to send for his birth certificate to see who his parents were.

1841 census shows the Rawlinsons as follows;-

Thomas 55 yrs "bricklayer"
Elizabeth (wife) 45 yrs
Alice 20yrs dtr
Elizabeth 20 yrs dtr
Thomas 15 yrs son "bricklayers app"
Eliza 14 yrs dtr
Tabitha 9 yrs dtr
Harriett 5 yrs dtr
William Weaver 3 yrs

By the time of the 1851 census Thomas Rawlinson the head has died and his widow Elizabeth
was living at New street, Little Gonerby.
She is shown to be aged 52 years (born in Washingboro', Lincoln) also living with her is her youngest daughter Harriett, who is now aged 15 years. There are also 2 lodgers living in the household - Garvis Pope aged 43 years (labourer) and Joseph Polly aged 30 years (labourer).

no wonder I couldn't find him he is not listed on Ancestry with them although he is on the original.

Sorry nothing jumps out and there seem to be alot of William Weaver's born around that time in that area.
