Hi

I am trying to trace the Muff side of my family, my grandad was John Butterfield Muff, born 1926, he had a sister, Annie c 1924, his father was John Albert Muff 1876-1927, his mother was Emma Bradley, I think John Albert Muffs mother was Ann Muff. If anyone could let me know any further information on the Muff family I would be grateful. As a child I was always told that they were related to the people who owned Brown Muff & Co Ltd but that John Albert Muff was the black sheep of the family, if anyone is able to help me I would be so grateful.
