Find Ancestors

Alice was born c1810 and Jane was born c1806 in Lancashire. Jane is the mother of Richard Rushton Broadley born c1827. Other than that I have no furthur details. I would dearly like to find some more information about them.

As you say you know nothing about them other than Jane's illegitimate son, I'm curious to know how you are certain they are sisters?

I am sorry if I have misled anyone by the information that I have given.
I am led to believe that Alice and Jane are sisters but have not confirmed this.
I have information regarding Jane's son Richard born Clayton lee moors and who he married - Mary Jane Stephenson (supposed to related to Rocket family).

The 1861 family that you posted is my Broadley family on some census they are down as Bradley.
I do not have the early census records of them.

still can't find any marriage of a Mary Ann & Richard in Jun qtr 1857 in Durham reg district - is that the right district for Pittington?

It says Parish of Pittington in the cunty of Durham. I have just checked BMD and it is not there and I cannot remember how I found it.
