Yes Jerseylilly I have. Admittedly it was a number of years ago, but I actually checked the original registers at the local registry office. Not a hint of him, mis-spelt or otherwise. :-) |

I was just looking for WIKISON on ancestry see if it shows up on census just as a hope. Is that definately how it was spelt as I don't seem to be able to find any reference to it. May I also enquire where you found it? |

That surname spelling doesnt show up on IGI either,,,,,maybe he was born overseas,,,,,but that spelling isnt in GRO,or anything like it,,,,,,,,Alexander has Scottish ring to it,,? |
