Why do men always try to pack and unpack shopping at the speed of light :-|

Putting the shopping in bags and JBs hands were moving about so quick he hadnt any control of where they were going and he caught my nail and bent it right back, half way down the nail bed. It didnt break, Ive nails os steel, but boy did it hurt

I didnt even swear and the compensation for the pain, was the lump of flesh, I took out of his right hand :-D

He was very sorry though....the girl on the till knew how painful it was, she had real nails too ......most uncommon these days!

Porridge with chopped up dates, bananas, and maple syrup (other fruit selections over there >>>> )

French (eggy) toast, maple syrup, Golden syrup


Toast (sourdough, rye, white, whole grain, 100% brown, Hovis, gluten free),
crumpets,
hot cinnamon rolls,
croissants


bacon & cheese quiche,
mushroom quiche,
cheese and onion tarts


Full English

The Transcontinental - 2 eggs any style, choice of bacon, ham or breakfast sausage, chef’s own hash browns, toast or fresh baked muffin

The Railroader - 2 eggs any style, 2 buttermilk pancakes, 2 slices bacon, 1 slice of ham, toast

The Continental – choice of assorted chilled fruit juices, hot oatmeal or assorted cold cereals, toast or fresh-baked muffin

stirfry (chicken, or vegetarian)

Chicken Karage (Japanese deep fried chicken pieces)

Veggie Wrap (Fresh Tomatoes, Basil, Roasted Peppers and Feta Cheese)

Turkey and Bacon Club Wrap, with tomatoes and lettuce on a whole wheat tortilla

Ham, cheese and tomato on toasted bread


home-fried potatoes with garlic and bacon


Potato, dill and cheddar soup
Butternut Squash and Roasted Garlic Soup with Caramelized Vidalia Onions (vegetarian)


cranberry & orange muffins
rhubarb and strawberry muffins,
raisin bran muffins,


Cheese scones,


jams, jellies, marmalades, Nutella (hazelnut spread)

(some extra bacon, turkey sausage or sausage patties, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, sliced baby golden beetroot, Maple baked beans, olive oil, in the hidey place to cook up for the very hungry ones!)
