Gym, pool all great, but no lift, OK for doing day to day, but bringing back a boot load of shopping........nah

I was wondering how you had got on Ginns but had a bad day so didn't ask !!

Do you have a lift in your house then??? or was this a flat you were looking at?

I didn't realise I hadn't popped in yesterday. Was just really busy. Have been helping our Toots on her site and got involved >

We didn't have star yesterday as F took another day off work.

We had her this morning until 3pm then OH took her home and son brought the girls in as he had to go into work - on his week off may I add -

At least we got to see them.

A ll was going smoothly until poor little F was sick everywhere.

I had to strip her to the skin, change her then change myself then clear the debris whil OH cleaned the rug.

She made a good job of not missing anything :-)

Then the snow hit us - hard

DIL phoned and asked if we could drop girls off as her car is rubbish in the snow and she hates driving in snow.

Naturally she phoned at the worst possible time :-)

Anyway we delivered them safely and I came back and got a washing on
M made the dinner as I was just a tad frazzled.

I'm fine just been really busy and laptop keeps freezing which didn't help - hoping new charger fixes the problem

New charger was PANTS made it worse aargh

Going to do weekly shop before snow gets worse

Mind you don't slip in that snow Linds ;-) <3

We haven't got snow at the moment but it has been below freezing day and night for AGES!! and it doesn't look likely to warm up in the near future :-(

The winds have been VERY strong with lots of sleet and rain and it is just plain grey and nasty ! :-(

Still snowing, it's wonderful living 10 mins from the Peaks but we don't half get the winter stuff

Got food shop done also got paint for P's old bedroom

M and L will paint it at the weekend.

Then when they have swapped rooms I will have a spare room.

Now I have to decide what to use it for ;-)

Dea it is freezing here too and the pavements are treacherous as it is.

They will be a nightmare tomorrow. :-(

Well - I have my toilet mended !!!

I have my new tumble dryer - gorgeous !!

I have a problem with my water supply which they are coming to look at on Tuesday!

I still have a problem with my electric garage door but they are coming on Monday !!!

Grandchildren are doing fine and I have been given a day off from having them tomorrow

SO - all is well ith the world !!!!

P.S. - my Indian neighbours have just arrived back after 4 months - I have looked after their house and only managed to kill 3 of their 7 plants !!

Well, the timings on here are going to confuse the h### out of our friends from 'downunder' - I have been posting in the early hours of tomorrow since just after lunch today !!! :-0 :-S :-S :-S

How odd

After Kath had apologised (no need to) for replying sooner, I posted an immigration record, that came up above hers.....wonder if it the time difference in Oz....that's if she is in Oz?
