WoodfortheTrees Report 17 Jul 2010 17:05

I have recently been tracing this part of my family and have got quite far back. However, I have been trying to fill in some details on my ancestor's siblings rather that just having a name with a rough date of birth. Henry Edward Wakeling (my 4x great uncle) was born in March 1/4 1881 Medway, Chatham, Kent. I know that he was a Major in the Royal Artillery and later ownded a hotel in Aberystwyth. I have been unable to find him on the 1901 census sop I am assuming he was sent abroad, but I have no idea where or how to find out. If anyone has access to the 1911 census would they be kind enough to have a look and see if he is back in Britain or not. Thanks for your help in advance.
