brummiejan what did you put in teh census thing to find out the information about barbara's mum and family in the 1911, l cant seem to find the vorrect one in 1901or any other census's. Im trying to find her parents as you have given me the mother and of course she is a widow so no husband on the 1911.

i dont have the money to do that, thats the problem. I think l have him, stanley from london/kent. However l cant seem to find him in any census after 1891. Could he have died?

Don't do the safe bet thing! Get that marriage cert. Then you will have age, father's name, occupation, witnesses - all will help in the search. Certificates are inevitable from time-to-time.
