Ah yeah sorry as I'm knew to the site, I Didn't realise not to do more than 1 thread for the same family name, I've just noticed your post saying "husband at sea" and the other thread saying "Married at sea" |

The 1861 census says he was a mariner at sea not married at sea. Mariner being another name for seaman or sailor. |
