Hannah and Anna are fine but must check the maiden name

No birth for a Lena Lee...?



Edit; Checked and still looks like 'Bird'...maybe Joseph married again?

It leaves me with a new problem though in that we had Joseph's wife as Anna Phillips, not sure where Hannah Bird has sprung from.

I've oredered his birth certificate to make sure.

I'm sure this must be the man. His younger brother Frank, my grandfather also emigrated to Canada, married his English girlfriend and then moved to the US before returning to England after WW1.

States he was 24 when he first married.



If this is your Arthur I am unsure, however if his wife was Sarah with daughter Grace on the 1891 census he was working in a paper mill, I can't see him in 1901 but I do see Sarah and Grace living with the Woods family.

My theory that he emigrated only works if he went alone since I know his wife was living with someone else from the census. It's just Arthur William Cousins that I need the look up for.
