Think this may be the birth for one of the children born in Newcastle

Births Dec 1858
Wells John Robert Newcastle T 10b 54

This certificate will show the parents names ... including the mother's maiden name. You can then look for a marriage in Scotland.

In Scotland, birth registration didn't come in until 1855 ... so you will not be able to find certificates for Jessie, Thomas and James.

What you might be able to find is christenings from the Old Parish Records. However, I've had a quick look on the IGI and can't see any possibles.
