The image (I checked at Ancestry) says

MINGAUD, Margaret Ellen.

FreeBMD has mistranscribed it. You may want to submit a correction.

The link ws missing for the image for George, but I found the image, and he is actually shown as

BETHEL, George.

What a hash. I have no idea how FreeBMD could have mistranscribed either of them, let alone both.

Can you please explain what / why you are asking about William?

Can you find that marriage at FreeBMD, Margaret?

I have a marriage cert for Margaret Ellen (nee mingaud)marries george bethell 1907.I know they had a daughter ada and sarah,so the 1911 census is correct.Looking at the census shows she had her son George in 1906 and then married her husband George in 1907.

I actually don't know. I hate these goose chase things. Is your connection to a George Bethell or a William Bethell, Margaret?

If you're actually looking for William, you should give the info you know about him, rather than asking for people to search for a link to someone else that may not exist.

There is no Bethell-Mingaud marriage.

What does that mean, Margaret?

You said the 1911 census household was the right one.

The woman in that household is named Margaret Ellen, and that was the only marriage of a Margaret Ellen to a Bethell!

Ah. The woman in 1911 had been married four years.

So there must be some other marriage of a Margaret Ellen to a Bethell ... that isn't in the index ... Do you know what her husband's name was?
