I believe this must make him Ellyce A M Brayham 1927, there is no other birth to account for that info

My Father Capt Edward F Brayham attached to the Canadian Army, was killed while at sea in l941 enroute from Britain to the Far East. If anyone has further informationm on the circumstances Id like to hearfrom you. Thanks.

Chrissiex - You're right - with hindsight I should have mentioned that but I didn't want to confuse matters as I believed they spelt their names without a Y. Seeing the phonebook, clearly not. And, I now realise, irrelevant.

I feel a trip to Canada coming on - perhaps when it's a bit warmer!
