I think my Great grandfather Henry Charles Leek, might have been in the Merchant Navy around 1902 as his son was born in Hong kong at this time . Family members have always thought this was the case. Not sure if this is correct as I have had no luck in finding anything.

Im needing Navy records for Henry Charles leek (born 1871) around 1902 and Army records for Henry Charles Leek (born 1926) who was in the army in 1947. Thanks

Hi Ann,

I couldn't see anything for Henry born 1871. Other than looking on The National Archives I'm not sure.

For Henry born 1927 I would go to this site as it tells you what you need to do;

Henry born 1927 did he go to Australia after marrying a Dorothy Kember...... if so someone has a tree on ancestry.
