I would think your best chance of a result would be to send a PM (click on his name) to Victor, who offers Gloucs Records lookups on the Records Office Board.

Ask him to look for Reuben's baptism c1833 in Rodmarton.............

Hi everyone! thank you soooo much for all your input today..... it would seem that he had 3 wives , he was born in Rodmarton and his mother could have been Elizabeth Heart in a first married to his Father. Today my aunt managed to get another peice of the puzzle to his fathers name on a wedding certificate states it as Robert Hulbert a Farmer , it would seem that they all were based in Rodmarton... so if anyone wants to have a go at proving or disproving this theory about his parentage please do!! Sorry no birth dates for either of them!
